Payment Merchant Service Upgrade:
As of 10/28/24 we changed our credit card merchant. As part of the upgrade, all previous payment information was securely deleted from our system. To prevent any delays, please update your payment information (ACH or CC) before scheduling an appointments, requesting a refill or requesting a supplement order.
